Keep the windscreen surface clean. Fine scratches are restored by the self-healing coating; deep scratches cannot be restored. Remove heavy contamination, and in winter remove ice before operating the wipers. Dry wiper operation may cause scratches and reduce clarity; silicone wipers are recommended. Anti-rust lubricants and detergents damage the self-repair layer. Do not attach stickers or use knives to remove them. High-temperature steam car washes are recommended as they can enhance self-recovery. Do not spray concentrated high-pressure water at the edges. Apply a dedicated coating solution every six months to maintain water repellency and slip. Visibility is satisfactory immediately after installation and improves after about two weeks, when the film has fully adhered.
