   In 2002, Hillel and Wayne worked together at a car audio distribution company, each looking after a base of automotive fitment centres. They spotted a gap for quality car audio at an affordable price, and in 2005 Watt Audio was born as South Africa's first distributor of the Vibe and Fli car audio brands.

2. 02

   Working closely with fitment centres showed them what the market needed next: automotive safety and security products. In 2007 they opened Lamin8 Window Film, supplying safety and security films that protect vehicle occupants from smash-and-grab attacks and shattered glass.

3. 03

   Driven by innovation, the range grew to include automotive paint protection film. That is ClearGuard.
